Custom Landing Tab on Facebook Fanpage
0When potential clients land on your real estate Facebook Fanpage, you don’t neccessarily want them to go straight to your Wall, maybe you want them to go to your search page or a sign up for a list of foreclosures…here is how:
Create A Custom URL For Your Facebook Fanpage
0We constantly promote using a Facebook Fanpage for your real estate drip and farming campaigns, but if you were to send out a postcard with http://www.facebook.com/pages/Autumn-Creek-HOA/111550615536463, no one would ever visit it because it is impossible to remember and no one wants to put in that long of a URL. If you want something short and easy to remember, get yourself 25 fans and watch the video below!
How To Add A JotForm To Your Facebook Fanpage
0A continuation of yesterday’s video post, here we show you how to add the JotForm to your static FBML tab (we show you how to do that too! : )
Add A Contact Form To Any Site (Including Facebook!)
0If you have a blog, isNowListed account, a Facebook Fanpage, or any site that needs a contact form…this post is for you!
Post Tweets to Your Facebook Fanpage
1I’m consistently asked how you can link your Twitter account to your Facebook Fanpage, and not your personal profile page. In this video tutorial I show you how to set this up using Smart Twitter for Pages. You may want to have several Twitter accounts for your different Fanpages, but I’ll cover that in another post!
Create A Facebook Fanpage
0If you’re looking to explode your business on Facebook, you need a Fanpage. I have about 1400 friends on Facebook, and while a good deal of those are other Realtors, my “friend” friends don’t want my real estate info or posts crammed down their throats. A good way to bypass this is by creating a Fanpage for your real estate related posts.
I’m not saying that you shouldn’t remind friends and family that you’re in real estate, because I think we’ve all had someone we know buy a house through another Realtor because they forgot we were in real estate, but be subtle. Post personal updates on your personal wall, but throw in a “Check out this cool fireplace I saw out showing houses today.” It isn’t screaming “HEY! CHECKOUT MY NEW LISTING!” But it does show them something cool while quietly reminding them you’re still in real estate.
Keep your new listing info, Neighborhood CMA ‘s, etc. focused on your Fanpage!
Facebook Like Box on isNowListed (or any site really :)
0Social media should be a big part of your real estate marketing plan. The ROI (return on investment) is huge. For absolutely no money, you can build your brand and in today’s market it’s all about your brand. What’s the easiest way to give your brand instant credibility? By putting a Facebook Like Box on your site. Yeah, the more people that “Like” you obviously is going to help, but the cool thing (and the real power behind this) about Facebook is if a consumer or potential buyer is on your site and logged into Facebook (in the background), they’re going to see their friends, and it’s going to post on their wall that they “Like” your website/Facebook Fanpage.
Make sure that your Facebook Fanpage links easily to your website and you’re frequently posting current content on both (this is where a blog is very helpful). If you want an easy way to link your Twitter account to your Facebook Fanpage, make sure you check out the video tutorial HERE.
Facebook Calendar Trick!
0Facebook is an easy way to keep track of birthdays and what’s going on…but as a real estate agent (Realtor) it’s almost impossible to keep track of more than one calendar. So, keep all your info in one place, and set reminders to keep track of your clients birthdays and other events.
