Facebook Calendar Trick!
0Facebook is an easy way to keep track of birthdays and what’s going on…but as a real estate agent (Realtor) it’s almost impossible to keep track of more than one calendar. So, keep all your info in one place, and set reminders to keep track of your clients birthdays and other events.
Export Email Addresses From The MLS
0Ever want to blast out an Open House flyer or a real estate announcement to the entire MLS (be sure to see your MLS’s terms of service)? You can easily download the email addresses of your colleagues to your address book. I did this by last name letter (e.g. A, B, C…) in order to add friends by email on Facebook. The Facebook server wouldn’t let me upload more than 500/day or so, and I also am restricted to sending out emails in groups of 100 with Gmail, so I would recommend using a product like iContact to send out mass emails.
Realtor.com Traffic Report
0If you’re looking for a great way to keep your seller’s informed on the status of their home. Look no further than Realtor.com. With Showcase listings on Realtor.com, you can send your sellers a custom report, showing the number of clicks or view on their home on Realtor.com. With the number of hits and traffic Realtor.com receives (usually in the 1,000s+ after a month), it also makes it easy for sellers to see that their home may be overpriced if they’re not receiving showings or offers after 1,000′s of views. This is super easy, and a great way to make your client feel that you care. Send this out at least once a week.
