Many real estate agents have started adapting to the use of mobile or virtual documents. With the use of the iPad and other tablet devices being released, this is only going to become the norm. Google announced this morning that all Google Docs are going to be fully editable on mobile devices. This means your Android or iOS 3.x device will be able to change those contracts on the fly and hopefully accept signatures in the near future :) ?
